Shipping:

All orderes will be charged actual shipping charges and will not be charged against your account until the Item(s) is/are in the mail.
You will be notified by mail the entire bill to your card.

Returns:

All returns will be charged a 15% restocking fee.  We have never had a return to date and have been operating since November 2000

Stock:

All of the Items on this site are one of a kind.  A artist may make similar effects but each is unique.  This web site is updated daily to minimize the chance of an item being bought twice, however this could Occur.  If it ever does, the item will go to the first purchaser and the second purchaser will receive a 10% discount off any Item in our store.

Item Identification:

You may notice that the order screen information for an item is not very descriptive, for example "Kachina12".  This is done to keep site maintanance and updates easier.  If you want to check that the item matches that of the page you ordered form, check the Pictures filename and you will see it is the same.  In the case of the above example the file name would be Kachina12.JPG, even though this is a Bear Kachina.
